Please read this document together with the other policies in the Legal Centre. If you use DeelosERP for a business, make sure your authorised Users understand the parts that apply to their work.
1. Use the Platform lawfully
You may use DeelosERP only for legitimate business operations and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licences, contractual duties and the rights of other people. You are responsible for the records, messages, products, services and data that you enter or send through the Platform.
2. Prohibited activities
- Breaking the law, facilitating fraud, theft, money laundering, tax evasion, deceptive sales, unauthorised debt collection or other harmful activity.
- Accessing another account or tenant, sharing credentials improperly, bypassing permissions or usage limits, probing systems, or attempting to obtain data that you are not authorised to access.
- Uploading malware, ransomware, malicious scripts or content intended to damage, interrupt, monitor or gain unauthorised control of a device, network or service.
- Interfering with the Platform, overloading it, testing it without permission, scraping it at scale, or using it to operate a competing service.
- Sending unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited or excessive SMS, email, receipts or other messages, or using the Platform to impersonate a person or business.
- Collecting, storing, exporting or sharing personal information without a lawful basis, required notice, consent or appropriate security.
- Uploading content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Using DeelosERP for a high-risk activity where a failure could cause death, serious injury or major public harm, unless we have expressly agreed to that use in writing.
3. Content and messaging responsibility
You must review customer names, phone numbers, balances, prices, invoices, receipts, tax settings and outbound messages before relying on or sending them. You must not use the Platform to send marketing messages to people who have not provided any consent required by law or to evade opt-out requests.
4. Reports and enforcement
You may report suspected abuse, security problems or unlawful use through the Contact page. We may investigate and may remove content, limit features, suspend Accounts or terminate access where we reasonably believe this Policy or the law has been breached, subject to applicable law and any required notice or appeal process.
